Crone Corkill are seeking regular temporary receptionists to support our large client base on a regular basis, due to desk growth and client requirements increasing. Our clients range between Investment Banking and Finance clients, to creative and other corporate environments.

This would suit someone who is keen to carry out regular temporary reception cover and cannot commit to anything full time/perm at this time, someone who works within another business field part time and wants to have another role to keep them busy, or someone who is unsure what they want to do long term and would be keen to try a number of industries and gain more exposure.

Typically these roles include:

  • Meeting & greeting guests, colleagues, stakeholders and external clients.
  • Managing switchboard, taking messages and forwarding important comms and calls.
  • Management of meeting rooms, setting up AV equipment, catering and refreshments.
  • Diary support - booking meetings into diaries for stakeholders.
  • Ordering stock and stationary supplies.
  • Admin & Data management support.
