Certain Advantage is hiring for a Construction Facilities Project Manager based in the Stevenage area. This role is on a contract basis and is hybrid-based.

The Company: We’re working with a world-class Manufacturing business that operates in the Defense sector.

The Role: This role is for a Construction Facilities Project Manager—someone ambitious and ready to make an impact. You’ll be results-oriented and driven to succeed. You’ll be working in a small, experienced, and collaborative team, and be responsible for:

  • Managing all allocated projects in compliance with the Project Delivery Process.
  • Managing the delivery of Client requirements and their transformation into a built environment.

The Individual: We’re looking for people who can show:

  • Construction contract management
  • Leading project through RIBA Plan of Works stages
  • Facilities Management / Construction environment – especially statutory compliance such as Building Regulations, CDM and planning
  • HNC Qualification or higher in the relevant Construction or FM field
