Charities Administrator β Edinburgh β Salary Β£ Dependent on Experience Do you have administrative experience within the legal, professional services or charity sector? Are you interested in joining a leading Scottish organisation in Edinburgh? Do you want to join an established and tight-knit team? We are supporting a trusted, established and leading firm to secure them a new Charities Administrator in Edinburgh. Joining a small, high-performing team, you will complete all administrative tasks, to high standards daily. You will ideally have experience within a legal, professional services or charity environment, servicing clients daily whilst taking ownership for a variety of administrative tasks. You will enjoy working individually and within a wider team environment, whilst providing excellent service daily to a variety of stakeholders daily. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity working Monday β Friday 9am β 5pm. This role will follow a hybrid working model. The salary for this role is depending on experience. Are you who we are looking for? You have strong administrative skills and experience, gained within a similar role / sector You are a professional individual, who enjoys providing excellent client and customer service daily You are a confident communicator, who enjoys building strong internal and external relationships with a variety of stakeholders at all levels You have strong knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Packages as well as iManage, Intapp and Aderant (desired) You are well organised and able to manage a variety of work, whilst meeting set targets and deadlines You can work well individually and within a wider team environment You are a professional individual, who enjoys providing excellent client and customer service daily You have minute taking and time recording experience (desired, but not essential) You have an excellent attention to detail and can complete work to high standards daily What is the day to day like? Providing administrative support to a team of Partners and Fee Earners across the Charities and Tax teams daily Completing all charity administration tasks daily, taking full ownership of this work Ensuring all internal systems are up to date and accurate at all times Handling all written, email and telephone enquiries from a variety of stakeholders and the public daily Dealing with any income receipts and payouts, as well as tracking all daily and ongoing tasks Preparing papers and documents for meetings, attending meetings to take minutes and provide administrative support Organising files, documents and emails accurately on the internal document management system Handling a variety of client requirements face to face or over the phone, building strong relationships daily Completing any time recording when required Taking responsibility for the completion of monthly payroll for a small group of clients, liaising with an external payroll provider and department accountant daily Completing a variety of tasks as required by the internal teams or external clientsInterested?
