We are working with Just Employment Law to recruit a Senior Legal Administrator to join their Glasgow head office. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a professional and supportive team, providing high-level administrative support across legal, business development, and leadership functions.
The successful candidate will provide senior administrative and executive support across a range of business areas, working closely with legal teams and senior leadership.
- Formatting and proofreading legal documents and correspondence
- Audio typing using digital dictation
- Supporting onboarding and maintenance of client accounts
- Providing executive support to senior leadership, including travel arrangements and scheduling
- Supporting office operations, including reception cover and facilities coordination
Previous experience in a legal administrative or legal secretarial role
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Audio typing experience with good speed and accuracy
