Job Description
Share Point Developer
Certain Advantage are currently hiring for a Share Point Developer on an initial 12-month contract basis.
The role is based in Peterborough and requires 3 days per week onsite, offering flexibility around the remaining days.
Working as part of the wider IT team and cross-regional Service Delivery function, you will act as the Share Point Subject Matter Expert, providing both day-to-day support and driving improvements to business-critical Share Point solutions and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Share Point administration and technical support, resolving incidents and troubleshooting issues.
- Manage change requests and ensure the smooth operation of existing Share Point environments.
- Support the development and enhancement of IT Service Management (ITSM) and project management tools built on Share Point.
- Deliver Share Point-based solutions to support wider business projects and process improvements.
- Work on the integration of business systems and tools into the Share Point platform.
- Identify opportunities to improve existing processes and contribute to the continuous enhancement of Share Point services.
- Collaborate with IT colleagues and business stakeholders to deliver effective Share Point solutions.
