Certain Advantage are hiring for a Senior Quantity Surveyor based in Edinburgh on a permanent basis. MEP experience within data centre projects is strongly preferred.

Your responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of pre- and post-contract services across multiple projects

  • Prepare Bills of Quantities (BoQs), tender documentation, and feasibility studies
  • Oversee procurement, contract administration, valuations, and payments
  • Maximise cost efficiency and project profitability
  • Manage claims, resolve disputes, and support successful outcomes
