Advantage Resourcing is working in partnership with a leading organisation seeking a Business & Project Management Partner to deliver operational management solutions for project & performance management, resource management and people development.
What will you be doing?
- Ensuring compliance with established business and project management processes across the engineering programme team.
- Developing and maintaining comprehensive, integrated plans in collaboration with all stakeholders.
- Managing and sustaining credible resource allocations and financial forecasts.
- Fostering a proactive mindset to anticipate risks, seize opportunities, and adapt to workload changes.
- Overseeing the initiation and management of internal resourcing and external engineering service supplier activities in alignment with the policies and processes.
- Providing guidance, support, and mentoring to the engineering community on business and project management practices.

- Experienced in Business Management and/or Project Management.
- Customer-focused and able to engage, inspire and manage multiple stakeholders with enthusiasm and energy.
- Ability to be flexible, pragmatic and have an analytical style of working whilst still having good attention to detail.
- Curious and innovative with a willingness to challenge the norm and learn / continuously improve.
