Admin Assistant  \\n £16 per hour PAYE\\n 6 month initial contract\\n Stevenage \\n Open to full time or part time\\n Hybrid working full time 3 days onsite\\n \\n Working with a large manufacturing company, they are in need of an experienced forward thinker with excellent organisational skills with Admin / secretarial experience\\n \\n You will be providing an Occupation Health administration function (80%) which includes managing the occupational health database (Cohort), providing statistical analysis data and supporting the OH Manager and OH team with filing and excel sheet tracking.\\n \\n The role will require occasional attending on Stevenage site for scanning documents.\\n \\n What are we looking for?\\nAn outgoing self-starter – to succeed in this role, you need to be self-motivated, proactive, organised with the ability to multi-task\\nCustomer Service experience\\nExperience in accurate meeting minute taking\\nPassionate about proactive health & wellbeing\\nVery good IT skills including MS office\\nAbility to work as a team with others\\nAbility to work under pressure in a busy environment\\nExperience of establishing productive relationships with customers and other internal/external stakeholders\\nDemonstrates good verbal and written communication skills\\nIt would be nice to have previous OH Administrator experience, although you will have training if not.\\n Qualifications\\nGraduate or a minimum A level study with 5 GCSE’s grades A-C\\nBusiness (Administration BTEC/BA) studies qualification
