Certain Advantage is hiring for a Field Based Account Manager covering the Cumbria area for a fantastic client based in Stockport. The role is on a permanent basis, with excellent benefits.

The Role:

  • Taking ownership of growing and nurturing existing accounts while proactively identifying and winning new business opportunities across the Cumbria region.
  • This field-based role is ideal for someone with a passion for hospitality and creating lasting customer partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grow revenue within existing accounts (restaurants, bars, and hotels).
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across the region.
  • Negotiate pricing, promotional activity, and trading terms to maximise value.
  • Deliver accurate forecasts and develop robust commercial plan.
  • Lead tastings, events, and wine training sessions for customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.

The individual

  • Sales experience ideally within the hospitality sector (Wine or drinks industry preferred).
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
  • Full UK driving licence essential.
  • Genuine passion for wine and hospitality.
  • Flexibility to travel nationally as required.
  • Enjoy working as part of a team.
