HR Advisor / Generalist
Certain Advantage is hiring for an HR Advisor on an initial 6–12-month contract.
This role is based in Milton Keynes with onsite attendance required one day per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, recruitment, benefits, pay reviews and HR projects.
- Manage employee relations cases, providing guidance to managers and ensuring compliance with HR policies and employment legislation.
- Support payroll administration, including payroll data preparation, reconciliations, pensions, statutory leave and reporting.
- Maintain HR policies, employee records and benefits administration.
- Produce regular HR reports and metrics and support the HR Business Partner and wider HR team on projects.
About You
- Previous experience in a generalist HR Advisor role.
- Strong employee relations and payroll administration experience.
- Knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
- SAP HR experience is advantageous.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
