£16.57 per hour (PAYE) + £675 per month (shift allowance)
12-hour shifts

We’re working with a leading manufacturer whose innovative products are supplied worldwide. They’re looking for an experienced Production Operator to join their production team, operating cutting-edge automated systems and keeping things moving in a busy, safety-focused environment.

This is a hands-on role that combines production operations, forklift truck work, and working closely with other departments to make sure everything runs smoothly.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Operating an automated production plant using SCADA systems.
  • Loading/unloading goods, materials, and road tankers using an FLT.
  • Following SOPs and manufacturing processes to maintain quality standards.
  • Liaising with colleagues across multiple departments by phone, email, and in person.
  • Keeping your work area clean, safe, and well-organised.
  • Adhering to all health & safety and quality procedures.

What we’re looking for:

  • A valid FLT licence and proven forklift experience.
  • Experience in a manufacturing, production, or industrial setting.
  • Must have SCADA experience.
  • A proactive approach, able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Good housekeeping skills and attention to detail.
  • Computer literacy and ability to use production systems
