Senior/Principal EC&I Engineer

Certain Advantage are recruiting on behalf of our established Engineering client for a number of Senior/Principal EC&I Engineers on a contract basis to support important Nuclear projects in the UK.

They require EC&I professionals to take part in or fully manage (level-dependent) EC&I technical programmes covering the entire product lifecycle.

  • Design and implement electrical designs to meet design inputs
  • Analyse and translate high-level requirements into a validated design for the electrical system/component.
  • Monitor tasks and implement protocols
  • Help establish budgets for EC&I programmes
  • Track work pack budgets, forecast, and monitor actual costs versus projections.
  • Your background
  • Experience in EC&I design
  • Knowledge of control systems, design phases, and configuration management
  • Experience working in a highly regulated environment (ideally nuclear)
