We are looking for a reliable, confident, and enthusiastic Lunchtime Supervisor to join our friendly school team in West Bromwich.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervising pupils during the lunchtime period, both indoors and outdoors.
- Encouraging positive behaviour and ensuring school behaviour policies are followed.
- Promoting safe play and assisting children where required.
- Helping to resolve minor disputes calmly and fairly.
- Reporting any concerns or incidents to the appropriate member of staff.
- Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all pupils at all times.
- The Successful Candidate Will Have
- Previous experience working in a school or childcare environment.
- Confidence in supervising groups of children and managing behaviour effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A calm, patient, and approachable manner.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
