Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Special Educational Needs (SEN) Consultant based in Stourbridge. The SEN Consultant will be responsible for working closely with the SEN team managing a well established desk. You will be responsible for working closely with schools to understand their specific needs, providing expert advice and matching suitable candidates to SEN roles. The role requires regular communication with school staff and candidates, offering ongoing support and guidance, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
