CERT Solutions are seeking strong and reliable candidates for a full‑time role partnering with a special school. The position is Monday to Friday, 8:30 am–3:30 pm during term time.
- What You Will Be Doing
- Promoting inclusion and acceptance of all students
- Delivering small group or one‑to‑one catch‑up sessions
- Supporting pupils according to their individual needs
- Working with the class teacher to plan, evaluate and adjust lessons
Essential Requirements
- Recent and relevant experience in an education setting
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills
- HLTA qualification (or higher)
- Ability to work effectively under the guidance of the classroom teacher
- Confidence with phonics and managing challenging behaviour
- Must obtain an Enhanced Certificate of Disclosure from the DBS and complete Safeguarding and Prevent training level 2
