CERT Solutions are seeking a qualified HLTA for a full-time role at a special school in the West Midlands.
The position runs Monday to Friday, 8.30am-3.30pm, term time only, with pre-planned sessions and time for marking and PPA.
You will be confident with phonics and managing challenging behaviour.
In this role you will promote inclusion, deliver small group or 1:1 catch up sessions, support pupils according to needs, and collaborate with the class teacher to plan, evaluate and adjust lessons.
