We are looking for a new Garment Tech to work alongside our Senior Garment Tech. This is an integral role and works closely with our Buying and Design teams. In the last 18 months, our women's clothing has grown rapidly and we are building on this success.
Duties:
- Measure samples ahead of fit sessions
- Organise samples and assist in taking clear notes and images during fit sessions
- Collaborate with our Buying and Design teams to improve product quality and elevate fit
- Maintain communication with suppliers, ensuring product development is on track and production timelines are met
- Keep sample trackers up to date
- Work with standardised blocks for bestsellers
- Participate in the testing and quality control processes
- Ensure the final products meet the highest standards of quality, comfort, and fit for the Cernucci customer
- Work alongside a Quality Control Lead based at our 3PL
About You:
- At least 1 year's experience in a fashion environment
- Experience in quality checks and testing
- The ability to work independently
- Confidence to run fit-sessions
- Excellent communication skills
- (Desirable) A technical qualification
