We are looking for an Ecommerce Assistant to support our online trading activities across the Cernucci websites and apps. Reporting directly to the Ecommerce Manager, you’ll play a key role in keeping our digital platforms up to date, ensuring the right products reach the right customers at the right time. You’ll be highly organised and detail-oriented, helping execute the trading plan and optimising the customer journey through accurate product uploads, site updates, and content management.

Key responsibilities:
  • Product management & uploads – Ensure accurate and timely listing of new products across web and app platforms
  • Site & app maintenance – Keep our digital platforms fresh, functional, and user-friendly
  • Promotional trading – Execute the trading plan, including campaigns, sales, and seasonal promotions
  • Visual merchandising – Assist in maintaining an attractive and coherent visual experience online
  • Onsite content management – Manage blogs, internal links, and other content to enhance the customer journey
  • Communication & collaboration – Work cross-functionally with teams to deliver seamless ecommerce operations
  • Push notifications – Help manage messaging to engage customers and drive sales
About you:

You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can balance multiple priorities with agility and focus. You’re proactive, solution-oriented, and always looking for ways to improve processes. You’ll have:

  • Experience in ecommerce product management and website/app maintenance
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in ecommerce platforms and CMS (Shopify experience preferred but not required)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams
  • High computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office
Salary and benefits:

£26,000 per annum (37.5 hours/week)
