About the role

We're looking for a highly organised and commercially aware Ecommerce Executive to join our fast-paced team on a 6-month contract based at our Manchester Head Office. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic retail environment, can confidently manage multiple priorities, and has hands-on experience working with Shopify.

You will support the day-to-day trading and optimisation of our ecommerce channels across multiple markets, working closely with teams across the business from marketing and creative to customer care, buying and tech. You should be agile, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a business where priorities can move quickly.

Key responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day trading and merchandising of the ecommerce store across multiple international markets.
  • Manage product launches, collections, promotions, homepage updates, and campaign execution within Shopify.
  • Maintain site content, navigation, product categorisation, and merchandising standards.
  • Manage onsite search, merchandising, and product discovery tools to optimise customer experience and conversion.
  • Monitor site performance and customer experience, identifying opportunities for optimisation and growth.
  • Liaise with development team to launch new campaigns during peak trade.
  • Co-ordinate with internal departments including marketing, CRM, creative, operations, and customer care to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
  • Assist with app management, troubleshooting issues, and liaising with third-party partners where required to maintain a smooth customer experience.
  • Support trading analysis, reporting, and performance reviews across key ecommerce KPIs.
  • Ensure accuracy across pricing, promotions, and onsite messaging.
  • Help manage multiple ongoing projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiencies, and customer experience across the ecommerce journey.
