We’re looking for a creative and enthusiastic Buying Admin Assistant to join our amazing Buying team! The Buying team is essential in making Cernucci a leading destination for streetwear across ladies & menswear.

Being the very foundation, you’ll provide critical admin support to our Buyers. You'll need to work collaboratively to ensure the department runs smoothly, managing samples and updating the critical path, ensuring all deadlines are met. Buying is all about being first, and at Cernucci we’re setting the trends, so speed to market is critical. We’re always looking ahead so our customers are inspired to come back for more!

Duties include:

  • Managing the critical path
  • Maintaining supplier relationships and ensuring timely delivery of products
  • Ensuring samples are ready for fit sessions
  • Processing samples and organising handover for studio shoots
  • Raising and amending POs and SKUs
  • Assisting the Buyers and updating order packs before being raised
  • Holding weekly critical path meetings alongside Buying & Merch teams
  • Demonstrating knowledge and understanding of the departments performance in order to contribute during trade meetings

About you

Ideally you'll be immediately available, but if you're a superstar with a notice period we'll definitely consider your application more carefully! You’ll live and breathe fashion, having the desire to keep up with trends and stay ahead of the curve. You should be eager to learn and understand the Cernucci aesthetic and our customer base.

In addition, you must:

  • Be super organised and have great time management skills
  • Show attention to detail
  • Have the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
  • Be competent in using Microsoft Office, in particular Excel
  • Have a proactive attitude with a curiosity to learn and make improvements to our processes
  • Have excellent communication skills

The interview process will be made up of two stages with the first being a face-to-face interview and the second including a task where you will present your ideas to our team.
