We're looking for a passionate, organised and analytical Buying & Merch Admin to join our Product team at Cernucci. As a key member of the team, you'll provide essential administrative support across both Buying and Merchandising, helping to ensure we have the right products, in the right place, at the right time. Working closely with Buyers, Merchandisers and suppliers, you'll play an integral role in keeping our critical path on track, maintaining stock accuracy and supporting product performance across our fashion and jewellery collections.

What You'll Be Doing
- Managing and maintaining the department critical path to ensure key deadlines are achieved
- Creating, raising and amending purchase orders, SKUs and dates
- Building strong relationships with suppliers
- Managing product samples, preparing them for fit sessions and coordinating handovers for studio photography
- Updating and assisting with weekly reports on sales, stock and brand performance
- Assisting with stock intake planning and ensuring products are delivered and processed efficiently
- Participating in weekly critical path meetings, highlighting key actions to ensure deadlines are met
- Collaborating closely with merchandising and buying team to support intake
About you
Ideally, you’ll be a new graduate with a degree in Fashion Buying & Merchandising. But if you already have some experience in either a Buying or Merchandising Admin role we’d love to hear from you. You'll have a strong eye for detail, enjoy working with numbers and data, and be confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You'll also have:
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Great attention to detail
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive attitude with the confidence to suggest improvements
- The ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
