We are looking for a Junior Marketing Executive to support the delivery of targeted B2B marketing campaigns across email and digital channels. Promoting an exciting suite of B2B SaaS solutions to the telecoms market, you will work closely with the ABM Specialist, supporting the execution of marketing programmes and related lead generation activity. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role centred on campaign production, account research and mapping, data management and supporting creative delivery, helping marketing programmes run smoothly and at pace. You will gain exposure to targeted B2B marketing approaches, including account-based marketing (ABM).
Role and Responsibilities
- Assisting with the build and execution of targeted marketing campaigns across email and digital channels (email sequences, paid social, retargeting and coordination of activity).
- Supporting campaign planning and audience targeting, including company research, identifying key stakeholders, maintaining structured account lists and preparing account insights or engagement summaries to support Sales outreach.
- Updating and maintaining data in CRM and marketing tools, ensuring accuracy and consistency for campaign execution and reporting.
- Coordinating campaign assets and supporting creation and adaptation of creative for ads and landing pages, working with internal teams or suppliers where needed.
- Supporting campaign performance tracking and reporting, including preparing data, assisting with basic A/B testing and implementing agreed changes.
- Handling a high volume of detail-oriented tasks with accuracy and consistency.

- Campaigns launch on time with clean data and the right assets in place.
- Target account lists are well structured and kept up to date.
- CRM and marketing platform records are accurate and reliable.
- Clear and reliable reporting that supports measurable improvements in campaign engagement and performance across target audiences.

Education, qualifications & special training
- Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in Marketing or a related field.
Competencies/capabilities – technical/professional
- Some experience in B2B marketing and strong interest in B2B/enterprise marketing and targeted campaign approaches.
- High accuracy when handling campaign data and CRM records.
- Comfortable working with campaign metrics and performance data.
- Proficient using Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc).
Desirable
- Interest in the technology sector.
- Experience with a CRM such as Salesforce and email marketing platforms (or similar).
- Familiarity with marketing automation, CMS or analytics tooling (Google Analytics).
- Exposure to ABM concepts or related tools.
- Basic design capability using tools like Canva, Figma or Adobe (ad adaptation, resizing, template work).
