Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous recherchons un(e) Responsable d'Équipe Comptable capable de fédérer, accompagner et faire grandir une équipe tout en garantissant la qualité de nos prestations auprès de nos adhérents.
Votre Mission
Véritable pilote de l'activité comptable, vous assurez la gestion de votre portefeuille clients tout en animant une équipe de collaborateurs.
Vous êtes le garant de la performance, de la qualité de production et de la satisfaction client.
- Au Quotidien, Vous
- Organisez et pilotez l'activité de votre équipe en assurant une répartition optimale des charges de travail.
- Garantissez le respect des délais, la qualité des dossiers et la rentabilité de l'activité.
- Accompagnez vos collaborateurs dans leur montée en compétences et leur développement professionnel.
- Animez les rituels managériaux et contribuez à maintenir un climat de travail positif et collaboratif.
- Apportez un appui technique de premier niveau et assurez la supervision de dossiers complexes.
- Développez une relation de confiance avec les clients en veillant à leur satisfaction et à la qualité des accompagnements délivrés.

- Aptitudes
- Formation supérieure en comptabilité, gestion ou finance.
- Expérience significative en comptabilité et en accompagnement de clients.
- Première expérience réussie en management ou véritable appétence pour l'animation d'équipe.
- Sens de l'organisation, leadership, esprit d'analyse et excellent relationnel.
- Goût du travail en équipe et orientation client affirmée.
