Purpose of the role:

We are seeking a highly organised, delivery-focused Marketing Operations Manager to join the team on a fixed-term basis. This is a hands-on, execution-led role responsible for delivering high-quality marketing activity across the business, ensuring all campaigns and initiatives are executed on time, to plan, and to a consistently high standard.

The role acts as the central driver of marketing campaigns, processes, and timelines, translating marketing plans into clear, actionable workstreams and coordinating delivery across digital and offline channels. This includes ownership of multi-channel campaign execution across website, email/CRM, and social media, ensuring activity is aligned, integrated, and delivers a consistent, high-quality customer experience across all touchpoints.

Working closely with Marketing, Commercial, and Product teams, the Marketing Operations Manager coordinates partner and regional campaigns, manages priorities and dependencies, and proactively resolves delivery challenges to maintain momentum and ensure smooth execution.

The role also has a strong focus on content creation and brand management, including developing engaging campaign content, managing social media channels end-to-end, and ensuring all outputs are clear, consistent, and on brand. This includes working with technical teams to translate complex concepts into accessible, compelling messaging for global audiences, while maintaining brand consistency across all marketing activity.

In addition, the role supports the delivery of the events programme and manages the marketing asset library, ensuring content is up to date, accessible, and effectively utilised across the organisation.

A key element of the role is driving efficient processes and ways of working across the marketing function to enable scalable, high-quality delivery. The Marketing Operations Manager will also track and report on campaign performance, using data and insights to optimise results, and support the management of budgets and external suppliers to ensure effective use of resources.

Knowledge and skills required for the role:

  • Experience in a marketing operations, campaign delivery or digital marketing role
  • Strong track record of delivering multi-channel campaigns
  • Ability to translate marketing plans into actionable workstreams and execute to a high standard
  • Experience managing content and social media (ideally B2B)
  • Ability to create clear, engaging marketing content aligned to campaign priorities
  • Highly organised with excellent project and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
