We are looking for an experienced and talented software quality assurance engineer who can work independently and proactively resolve any issues. In this role you will be working closely with cross‑functional teams across our firms located in the US, EMEA and APAC regions. This role entails collaboration with product, development and SQA teams during US‑EST business hours.
We also need someone who takes full ownership — a true self‑starter who digs in when things break. Instead of getting stuck, they work to understand context by asking questions, retrace steps, reproduce issues with precision, and try thoughtful solutions. Someone who stays proactive, detail‑oriented, and keeps momentum even when hitting snags and is always looking to automate manual workflows.
What You Will Be Responsible For:
- Creation of Test Strategy document and getting it reviewed and approved by QA Director.
- Writing detailed functional test cases in X-Ray and getting them reviewed and approved by the Product Development team.
- Reviewing test cases with cross functional teams for end-to-end integration testing.
- Creating automation tests every sprint along with functional tests.
- Executing automation tests to cover regression testing and analyzing and fixing failures.
- Executing functional tests, recording evidence for audit and getting results approved by QA Director.
- Leading end-to-end integration testing with QA peers across various organizations and applications.
- Demoing the workflows to business owners and requesting release signoff.
- Setting up and maintaining integration test environments with Jenkins or Ansible pipelines.
- Becoming a subject matter expert and troubleshooting incoming client issues.
- Developing a thorough understanding of the OMS product.
Education And Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience.
- Experience with CRIMS.
- Familiarity with listed and non-listed asset types and trade life cycle.
- Proficiency with SQL and automation frameworks particularly at API level.
- Experience working with complex integrations across multiple applications.
- Demonstrated experience with QA automation.
- Knowledge of SDLC and Agile Scrum.

- Ability to work under high pressure and coordinate across multiple teams.
- Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently.
