  • Conduct experiments and develop small applications that translate theoretical concepts into practical applications in a professional environment.
  • Engage with colleagues, supervisors, and support team to progress assigned projects and meet delivery deadlines and goals.
  • Take initiative, seek new challenges, and contribute toward the team’s success.
  • Take ownership of assigned development tasks, document them, and present to the team.
  • Establish clear communication channels with the supervisor and feel comfortable seeking guidance to ensure awareness of expectations.

Education

Must be enrolled in a UK university for a Computer Science degree or a related field.

Minimum years of undergraduate study

  • Already completed basic Computer Science courses.
  • Extensive knowledge and hands‑on experience in computer programming, preferably Python.

The candidate must be able to demonstrate individual effort in their course project or assignment.

  • Good software engineering skills, knowledge of scripting languages (e. g., shell scripting, Perl) and experience working under both Linux and Windows.
  • Solid written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Preferred Skills
  • Experience developing a medium‑scale project using Python and able to demonstrate.
  • Interest in Artificial Intelligence, especially Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Experience in LLM prompt engineering and/or vibe coding.
  • Background in natural language processing, speech technology, or computational linguistics.
