About the role

Please note that the advertised salary for this position is subject to a pending pay award. The final salary will be adjusted in line with the nationally agreed pay award.

Applications are invited from an enthusiastic and dedicated person to undertake the position of Teaching Assistant Level 3 by September 1st. The role is to support a pupil who has specific health requirements and to achieve level 3 expectations.

The successful candidate will be expected to work under the guidance of senior members of teaching staff and within an agreed system of supervision; implement agreed work programmes with individuals/groups, both inside or outside the classroom.

Previous experience of working with children with additional learning needs will be desirable and the ability to communicate in Welsh is essential.
