We are seeking to appoint a committed and enthusiastic Level 2 Teaching Assistant within our dedicated ALN team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about supporting pupils to achieve their full potential, across our 3-19 age range.
Main responsibilities
- Provide support to individual pupils and small groups.
- The experience or enthusiasm to upskill to be able to deliver interventions.
- Work under the direction of the class teacher to deliver high-quality learning experiences.
- Assist with planning, preparation, and assessment as appropriate to the role.
- Promote positive behaviour and uphold the school's values and ethos.
Someone with teaching assistant experience.
- Excellent communication skills in a school setting.
- A positive, flexible, and team-focused approach.
- Willingness to undertake professional training.
- Ability to use Welsh and English.
