Summary
This post will be based either of the below locations: Aberystwyth / Llandrindod. This exciting job gives you the opportunity to work two days from the office and three days a week from home. This is an exciting opportunity to join the North and Mid Wales Trunk Road Agent (NMWTRA), to provide effective business support to all the Agent's staff and work closely with various Managers and Units.
You will play a key role in providing business support in a range of technical and managerial meetings including organizing meetings, inviting delegates, hiring venues and taking minutes to a high level of proficiency.
Manage the business, purchasing, training and vacancy mailboxes: manage emails received in each inbox to ensure that emails received are dealt with promptly and effectively.
