We are looking for an experienced Programme Manager to support one of our major NHS clients as they implement a Trust-wide EPR (Electronic Patient Record) transformation programme. This role is central to ensuring that clinical, operational, and digital workstreams are aligned, resourced, and delivered to time and budget. Lead the day-to-day management of programme governance, delivery plans, and risk/issue management Manage interdependencies across EPR workstreams including Change, Training, Testing, Build, Cutover, and Clinical Engagement Own reporting to Trust Boards, Digital Committees, and external stakeholders Provide leadership and support to a team of project managers, analysts, and subject matter experts Proven experience delivering large-scale NHS digital programmes (ideally EPR, PAS, or clinical system rollouts) Strong understanding of PRINCE2, MSP, or Agile project management methodologies Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across clinical and technical audiences Previous experience working with EPR systems such as Epic, Cerner, Meditech, or Nervecentre is desirable Work alongside some of the UK’s most respected healthcare transformation experts Access to long-term programmes and ongoing associate opportunities across NHS and private sector healthcare Flexible working and real-world impact If you’re passionate about digital transformation in healthcare and want to make a meaningful impact, we’d love to hear from you.
