System Integration Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Healthcare System Integration Analyst with expertise in Electronic Patient Records (EPR) systems and HL7 messaging standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining system integrations that ensure seamless data exchange across healthcare applications and platforms, improving operational efficiency and patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the integration of healthcare systems, focusing on interoperability between EPR systems and other clinical and administrative applications.
- Design, develop, and implement solutions using HL7, FHIR, and other healthcare data exchange standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including clinical staff, IT teams, and external vendors, to gather integration requirements.
- Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, including integration specifications, data flow diagrams, and support procedures.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Support the testing and validation of integrations to meet regulatory and organizational standards.
- Provide training and support to end users and technical teams on integration processes and best practices.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a System Integration Analyst or similar role within the healthcare sector.
- Strong knowledge of Electronic Patient Records (EPR) systems and their integration.
- Expertise in HL7 (v2 and v3), FHIR, and other interoperability standards.
- Experience with interface engines (e.g., Mirth Connect, Rhapsody, or Cloverleaf).
- Understanding of healthcare workflows and data exchange processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
