About CereCore International

CereCore International provides digital health and IT advisory, delivery, and managed services to the NHS and healthcare organisations across the UK. Backed by HCA Healthcare, one of the world’s leading healthcare providers, we combine deep clinical and operational insight with global delivery capability. We are at the forefront of EPR transformation programmes, supporting Trusts to achieve digital maturity, reduce clinician burden, and improve patient outcomes.

The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Programme Manager to support one of our major NHS clients as they implement a Trust-wide EPR (Electronic Patient Record) transformation programme. This role is central to ensuring that clinical, operational, and digital workstreams are aligned, resourced, and delivered to time and budget. You will work in close collaboration with stakeholders across clinical, technical, and supplier domains.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day management of programme governance, delivery plans, and risk/issue management
  • Manage interdependencies across EPR workstreams including Change, Training, Testing, Build, Cutover, and Clinical Engagement
  • Own reporting to Trust Boards, Digital Committees, and external stakeholders
  • Maintain alignment with the Trust’s strategic objectives and wider ICB initiatives
  • Coordinate with suppliers and delivery partners to ensure contract milestones are achieved
  • Provide leadership and support to a team of project managers, analysts, and subject matter experts

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience delivering large-scale NHS digital programmes (ideally EPR, PAS, or clinical system rollouts)
  • Strong understanding of PRINCE2, MSP, or Agile project management methodologies
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across clinical and technical audiences
  • Familiarity with NHS governance frameworks and assurance processes
  • Previous experience working with EPR systems such as Epic, Cerner, Meditech, or Nervecentre is desirable

Why Join CereCore International?

  • Work alongside some of the UK’s most respected healthcare transformation experts
  • Be part of a supportive, delivery-focused consultancy that values collaboration and trust
  • Access to long-term programmes and ongoing associate opportunities across NHS and private sector healthcare
  • Flexible working and real-world impact

Interested?

We’re reviewing applications on a rolling basis. If you’re passionate about digital transformation in healthcare and want to make a meaningful impact, we’d love to hear from you.
