CereCore International provides digital health and IT advisory, delivery, and managed services to the NHS and healthcare organisations across the UK. We are at the forefront of EPR transformation programmes, supporting Trusts to achieve digital maturity, reduce clinician burden, and improve patient outcomes.

We are looking for an experienced Configuration & Build Analyst to join a large-scale Electronic Patient Record (EPR) implementation programme at one of our NHS partner organisations. This role is key to ensuring clinical and operational workflows are accurately configured and maintained throughout the EPR lifecycle.

You will be responsible for interpreting design requirements, configuring system modules, and supporting validation activities in collaboration with clinical and operational stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital health delivery, ideally with hands-on experience across one or more leading EPR platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret clinical and operational design into accurate system configuration
  • Build, maintain, and test EPR modules according to build standards and governance
  • Collaborate closely with clinical informatics, project teams, and suppliers
  • Validate system functionality against design requirements and workflows
  • Document configuration decisions and support version control processes
  • Assist in preparation for testing, training, and go-live cutover activities
  • Provide subject matter input during defect resolution, enhancement, and optimisation
What We're Looking For
  • Previous configuration/build experience on a major EPR programme (Epic, Cerner, Meditech, System C, etc.)
  • Deep understanding of clinical and operational workflows and how they translate into system build
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with NHS environments and clinical safety standards (e.g., DCB0129, DCB0160)
  • Experience in working with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders to gather, clarify, and validate requirements
  • Strong documentation and communication skills
Why Join CereCore International?
  • Work alongside some of the UK’s most respected healthcare transformation experts
  • Be part of a supportive, delivery-focused consultancy that values collaboration and trust
  • Access to long-term programmes and ongoing associate opportunities across NHS and private sector healthcare
  • Flexible working and real-world impact

If you’re passionate about improving digital healthcare and want to be part of something meaningful, we’d love to hear from you.
