This is a specialist role designed to deliver high-value, cross-functional automation initiatives. Due to programme priorities, we’re looking for someone with deep, proven experience in healthcare automation at enterprise scale.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Designing bespoke automations delivering measurable ROI (£50M–£120M+) through reduction of FTE workload and improved discharge throughput.
  • Implementing automations across payer APIs, EMRs (multiple simultaneously), and non-standard clinical processes, including construction project automation.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams spanning the UK, US, and shared service hubs to deliver globally-aligned solutions.
  • Mentoring junior analysts and standardising documentation using Six Sigma, GitHub, and RPA frameworks.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years delivering complex RPA and process automation projects, ideally in healthcare environments.
  • Proven delivery of multiple automation projects within healthcare that demonstrate clear financial ROI and operational impact.
  • Experience working with US healthcare payer portals (e.g., Cigna, Anthem, United, WellCare), and familiarity with global healthcare system workflows.
  • MBA or MSc in Data, Systems, or Process Engineering with 4.0 GPA or equivalent distinction.
  • Ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across international healthcare organisations.
  • UiPath certification essential; Power BI and SQL certifications highly desirable.

Nice to Have:

  • Conversational Mandarin and fluency in cross-cultural collaboration.
  • Experience delivering automation projects in both public and private healthcare environments, including unified EMR dashboards.
