ThoughtSpot is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing team in London. This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is motivated by building strong partnerships with leaders across the business. While this role will cover all functions, there is a strong emphasis on scaling our Go-To-Market (GTM) teams as we continue to grow in the region. You’ll play a critical role in scaling our Go-To-Market and technical teams, acting as a trusted advisor while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. This is not a transactional recruiting role – we’re looking for a hustler who brings urgency, ownership, and a genuine passion for finding and closing top talent in a competitive market.
What You’ll Do:
- Own full-cycle recruiting for high-volume roles, with a strong focus on GTM functions (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success), and technical positions.
- Build and manage strong, consultative relationships with hiring managers and senior leadership, influencing hiring strategy and decision-making.
- Operate as a strategic partner by providing market insights, talent mapping, and data-driven recommendations.
- Proactively source, engage, and close top-tier candidates through creative and direct sourcing strategies.
- Manage multiple roles simultaneously while maintaining speed, quality, and an outstanding candidate experience.
- Partner cross-functionally with People, Finance, and Leadership to support hiring plans and growth initiatives.
- Continuously improve recruiting processes and bring new ideas to increase efficiency and impact.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience supporting high-volume hiring in a fast-growing, technology-driven environment.
- Strong exposure to GTM recruiting and an understanding of commercial and technical roles.
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted partnerships with leaders and influence at all levels.
- High level of energy, drive, and self-motivation – you take ownership and get things done.
- A hustle mindset with the ability to prioritize, move fast, and adapt to change.
- Solid technical aptitude and comfort recruiting for technical and data-driven roles.
- Excellent communication skills and a candidate-first mindset.
- Experience in EMEA markets required.
