Job Description
Join our team and you’ll be responsible for driving excellent sales results by achieving KPIs through managing, coaching and motivating your sales team. Working in the Sales department, you will responsible for the retaining and developing your team and while being an ambassador of the brand and the business. You will play a vital role as we reimagine the labour market to make it work for everybody.
Your responsibilities:
- Manages, drives and coaches the team to consistently achieve sales targets,
dealing effectively with underperformance and supporting training
interventions. - Exploits all opportunities to market, promote and sell their job board, fully
utilising additional products & services to maximise sales. - Provide accurate weekly forecasting through thorough understanding of
pipeline. - Develops the team to demonstrate enthusiasm for, and effectively introduce
customers to our job board & services and be confident in selling the features
and benefits available to support target achievement. - Ensure the utilisation of Salesforce in line with company standards (including
but not limited too appropriate opportunity creation, forecasting, contact and
conversation logging, etc).
Qualifications
- Proven people-management experience gained within a solutions sales
environment. - A solid business to business sales background.
- Consistently meets and exceeds targets in a goal-driven environment with a
proven track record. - Experienced in pipeline creation and management.
- A motivated and positive people-person who provides a vision and clear direction to inspire individuals and engage others to deliver excellence.
