Join our team and you’ll be responsible for assisting with the embedding of privacy into the product development cycle. Working in the Legal department, you will be responsible for the implementation of new internal processes and supporting the team in managing and tracking ongoing matters, deadlines and regulatory updates. You will play a vital role as we reimagine the labour market to make it work for everybody.
Assist the Head of Legal in embedding privacy into the product development lifecycle, minimising operational privacy risks, and supporting the implementation of new internal processes arising from legislative changes.
- Conduct training, raise awareness on privacy matters, and help coordinate responses to compliance queries.
- Draft, negotiate, and/or review commercial contracts, marketing materials, leases, and agreements for our UK entities, including liaison with external advisors.
- Draft and update contract templates, Terms & Conditions, and Privacy Policies.
- Support the team in managing and tracking ongoing matters, deadlines, and regulatory updates.
Qualifications:
- LLB law degree. We offer genuine career progression via the SQE route.
- Minimum 6 months of paralegal experience (preferably in-house), with background in data protection and commercial contracts; in-house technology experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory requirements, including GDPR, PECR and other applicable frameworks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, high attention to detail, and a ‘can do’ attitude with appetite to learn.
- Willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced international environment.
