  • Reports to: Senior CRM Manager

Role Purpose

Funko Europe are looking for a CRM Executive to join the team and help continue the incredible growth seen by this new department.

Primarily this role will support our CRM function, aiding in the execution of the e CRM strategy across a number of touchpoints.

Beyond this there is scope for involvement in e Commerce visual merchandising activities to help improve website conversion as well assist in the critical path of product launches.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Work closely with the Senior CRM Manager to create and implement website, e CRM and Whats App content in line with the Digital Marketing strategy.
  • Rework and design assets for localisation requirements.
  • Assist the end-to-end process for emails: creating assets, copy, building emails, gaining approvals, testing and final deployment.
  • Assist in CRM analysis, gathering and interpreting results for ad-hoc requests and weekly trade meetings, and effectively presenting insights to internal teams.
  • Design emails and paid social assets as well as ad hoc pages on the Funko Europe website e. g. seasonal guides, web banners and some DTC social media assets for promotions and unique DTC events.
  • Support in writing ad hoc creative briefs for the studio team and collecting internal stakeholder approvals.
  • Liaise with the Site Merchandiser on product launches and campaigns.
  • Assist in the upload of marketing assets to the site.
  • Monitor the pop culture landscape for relevant moments and new opportunities.
  • Work with internal and third-party services to translate relevant content.
  • Help drive onsite visual merchandising processes.
  • Assist in pulling overview slides and insights of marketing activity for internal and external presentations.
  • Support the Loyalty Program through prize planning and fulfilment, asset creation, winner selection and bi-weekly content and survey updates in collaboration with cross-function teams.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • Analytical experience with proficiency in Excel for data management and reporting.
  • Must have good design skills and experience of Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Ability to develop engaging content on web and email.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with good spelling and grammar.
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills with the ability to turn around last‑minute requests.
  • Experience with a mainstream email service provider is desirable, but not essential.
  • Ability to work with other teams and key stakeholders.
  • Experience in briefing relevant teams to create specific content when required.
  • Passion for the customer, customer experience and Funko – ideally a fan of Pop culture products.
  • An additional language is desirable but not essential (German, French, Spanish or Italian).
