We are on a mission to build the world’s leading platform for both crypto and fiat payments, and we’re looking for a sharp, driven Senior Product Designer to play a key role in that journey.
You will be part of a fast-growing team, working at the intersection of payments, e-money, and crypto. If you are naturally curious, passionate about financial technology, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the role for you.
Reporting to the Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will work in a unique, collaborative partnership to ensure our platform's user experience is a direct and tangible reflection of our brand promise. You will translate the go-to-market narrative into world-class design, bridging the gap between what we say and what our users can do.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End User Experience Design: Lead the design process for our platform from concept to launch, including user research, journey mapping, wireframing, creating high-fidelity mockups, and building interactive prototypes to solve complex user problems.
- Translate Narrative into Intuitive Design: Collaborate closely with the Senior Product Marketing Manager and Product Managers to understand our product's value proposition and customer narrative, translating these into clear, simple, and effective user interfaces and workflows.
- User Research & Journey Mapping: Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research to identify user needs, pain points, and opportunities. Partner with Product Managers and Technical Business Analysts to map the end-to-end customer journey.
- Design System Management: Own, maintain, and evolve our design system to ensure consistency, scalability, and efficiency across the platform.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with Product Managers, Technical Business Analysts, and Engineers to define requirements, iterate on designs, and ensure high-quality implementation.
- Usability Testing & Iteration: Plan and conduct usability tests to validate design concepts and gather user feedback, using insights to continuously iterate and improve the user experience.
