The Senior Business Analyst will play a key role in business analysis and agile methodology at HCL. They will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance business operations and strategies in alignment with agile principles.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into actionable tasks for development and implementation.
- Conduct feasibility studies, impact assessments, and risk analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Create detailed functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams.
- Collaborate with product owners, project managers, and development teams to ensure project deliverables meet business objectives and adhere to agile methodologies.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and feedback sessions to gather requirements and ensure stakeholder alignment.
- Perform gap analysis and recommend solutions to streamline processes and optimize business performance.
- Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement and agile best practices.
