Role Overview:

We have an exciting fixed‑term opportunity for a Project Document Controller role based at our Staverton Factory. You will work as part of a project team responsible for the development and evolution of this amazing plant.

Your Impact:

The main purpose of this role is to deliver administrative compliance for the project on site and to be responsible for the preparation and delivery of procurement activities:

  • Preparing and managing yearly orders for the project (water, post, courier, taxi, laundry services, cleaning of project container)
  • Managing other project administrative orders (project container rental, storage containers, uniforms for project team members, laundry materials, lockers, stationaries, catering, etc.)
  • Project team support in HR department (transferring basic information from HR, solving basic HR issues, weekly time evaluation errors handling)
  • Supporting SAP users with everyday GLOBE issues (creating PR, checking SAP data, WBS, ECP, managing access to N drive folders, etc.)
  • Creating, updating and implementing internal procedures to help accomplish specific tasks and processes in project management

Ingredients for Success:

To be successful in this role you should already have extensive experience as a project administrator exposed to procurement activities, including purchase orders:

  • Competent user of the system SAP
  • Ability to demonstrate dealing with compliance issues
  • Competency with design drawings and engineering classification information
