We have an exciting opportunity to join us as an Onsite Network Operations Analyst supporting a variety of Private & Public sector clients within our vast portfolio. Our Network Operations Centre (NOC) provides support at all levels for a multitude of technologies across complex landscapes, providing expertise to deliver a stable, secure, efficient and well managed infrastructure, over the full lifecycle of each solution. The strength of our NOC lies within our people, fostered by a supportive team culture.
Hybrid working : The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.
If you are successfully offered this position, you will go through a series of pre-employment checks, including : identity, nationality (single or dual) or immigration status, employment history going back 3 continuous years, and unspent criminal record check (known as Disclosure and Barring Service)
Your role
As an integral part of a dedicated onsite Network Operations Centre, you’ll have fantastic opportunities to develop both yourself and our collective capabilities performing RUN activities with other likeminded Network Analysts. As part of the team, you’ll be empowered to :
- Perform Level 1 / 2 Network incident & Request diagnostics / resolution.
- Cable and patch devices into the network
- Perform onsite activities following Standard Operating Procedures or guidance from Level 2 & 3 teams.
- Be responsible for the completion of assigned works within allocated timeframes
- Continue to strengthen and build your existing capabilities through a mix of professional training, certifications, and experiences.

Your skills and experience
- Exposure and understanding of network components including Switches, routers, Wi-Fi technologies and Firewalls
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and working to tight deadlines
- Good working knowledge of ITIL processes
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Good communication skills (oral, written).
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure with a minimum of supervision
- Strong team-working ethic
Your security clearance
To be successfully appointed to this role, it is a requirement to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance.
To obtain SC clearance, the successful applicant must have resided continuously within the United Kingdom for the last 5 years, along with other criteria and requirements.
Throughout the recruitment process, you will be asked questions about your security clearance eligibility such as, but not limited to, country of residence and nationality. Some posts are restricted to sole UK Nationals for security reasons; therefore, you may be asked about your citizenship in the application process.
