We are currently recruiting I.T Field Engineers to work at various sites around Stirling. No experience is necessary as comprehensive training will be provided.
About You:
· Regardless of experience, the most important element to any candidate is a genuine passion for I.T & a willingness to learn new skills.
· The role of an IT field engineer is field based and will often require you to travel to various sites, so it is imperative you have a valid driving licence, have your own vehicle and have a flexible approach towards traveling to a variety of locations.
· Practical skills such as DIY experience would be highly beneficial
· Ex- Military- Desirable
Main Responsibilities of the IT Field Engineers:
- Attending customer sites to install/ resolve IT equipment
- Working closely with the IT support desk to feedback on support calls and ongoing issues
- Liaising with account managers and updating customers with the progress and resolution of issues
