Role Description: This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Senior Recruitment Consultant based in Crewe. The Senior Recruitment Consultant will oversee end‑to‑end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and advising clients on hiring strategies. The role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding their recruitment needs, and providing exceptional consulting services to ensure successful placements. Collaboration with the recruitment team and continuous improvement of recruitment techniques are key day‑to‑day tasks.
Qualifications:
- Strong skills in Recruiting and Graduate Recruitment
- Proven expertise in Consulting and advising stakeholders
- Experience with conducting and managing professional Interviewing processes
