About the role
We are seeking a Cloud IAM Support Engineer to support enterprise Identity and Access Management services across Microsoft Entra ID, Okta and integrated Active Directory environments.
You will help ensure that users and systems have appropriate access to resources, supporting identity lifecycle management, authentication, authorisation, access governance and auditing.
Key responsibilities
Support Entra ID role-based access control (RBAC), Privileged Identity Management (PIM) and Active Directory synchronisation.
Support multi-factor authentication (MFA), single sign-on (SSO), Conditional Access and CloudStrike integrations.
Administer Entra ID users and dynamic groups.
Administer enterprise applications, service principals and managed identities.
Support Entra ID governance, including Joiner/Mover/Leaver processes, API applications and Lifecycle Workflows.
Support Okta SSO integrations.
Support access controls and auditing to maintain appropriate access and compliance.
Essential skills and experience
Microsoft Entra ID administration and support.
Okta administration and integration support.
Active Directory synchronisation and integration.
CloudStrike integration support.
Desirable skills and experience
Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM).
Active Directory administration, including users, groups, Group Policy and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI).
BeyondTrust Privileged Remote Access (PRA) and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
