About Us We are recruiting for a UK branch of a leading European construction group headquartered in Croatia, bringing over 30 years of experience in advanced waterproofing, structural strengthening, and concrete repair. Our London-based team is growing rapidly and we\’re on the lookout for skilled and motivated professionals to join our specialist division. We work on a wide range of critical infrastructure and building projects – from roofs, balconies, and podiums to basements, tunnels, and bridges. With a commitment to precision, safety, and innovation, our clients trust us to protect and reinforce their most vital assets. The Role As a Waterproofing Specialist & Installer, you will be hands-on across a diverse range of high-performance installations and structural works. You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional outcomes on both new builds and remedial projects. Core responsibilities: * Installation of waterproofing systems on roofs, balconies, podiums, garages, basements, and other structures. * Application of systems including single ply membranes, torch-on, liquid coatings, hot melt, felt, and cavity drain membranes. * Structural works including CFRP strengthening, concrete repairs, rendering, and carbon wraps. * Surface preparation, substrate inspection, and adherence to safety protocols. 1. Collaborating with site teams, project managers, and manufacturers. 2. Maintaining high attention to detail and workmanship standards. Preferred Experience & Knowledge We’re seeking candidates who have worked with products from: Mapei, Sika, Soprema, Bauder, Protan, Proteus, and similar manufacturers. Experience across a broad set of waterproofing and strengthening systems is essential. Certifications & Training (desirable): * SMSTS or SSSTS * First Aid at Work * IPAF, PASMA * Work at height certification Salary & Benefits We value our people and offer a clear salary progression path: * 0–3 months: £44,100 per annum * 3–6 months: £46,305 (+5%) * 6–12 months: £48,620 (+5%) * 12+ months: £51,050 (+5%) * Commissions on projects brought in Additional benefits include: * Paid overtime once monthly quota is fulfilled * Travel expenses covered * Private pension (salary sacrifice options) * Life cover and private medical insurance (PMI) * 20 days holiday plus bank holidays * Company van provided * 1–2 weeks onboarding/training in Croatia * Continued training and development * 6-week notice period * 3-month probation (extendable to 6 months) Who We\’re Looking For You are: * Detail-oriented and quality-driven * Comfortable working at heights and on diverse sites * A reliable team player with a strong work ethic * Experienced in waterproofing and/or concrete strengthening * Have a clean driving license
