The PMO Reporting Officer organizes the related process and performs periodic collection, consolidation, and analysis of project performance indicators. He periodically prepares the external and internal Progress Reports.
Key responsibilities include:
- Define/write/update the project reporting processes and procedures in consistency with EPR-E Standard.
- Implement the project reporting in consistency with contractual requirements to support the Project Control Manager in surveying and evaluating the project team performance.
- Collect, consolidate, and analyze the input data (from SAP, P6, SP, CEMAR, MDT, MANTIS, CAMELEON) to define indicators and to inform the project team of project progress.
- On a regular basis and according to the project procedures, issue formal reporting.
- Optimize processes and tools based on project experience feedback and on instructions, guidelines, and good practices.
- Contribute to the metadata management on the project, especially through SP and PBI.
- Ensure training and adequate support of the team members to guarantee they select the proper tools and correctly implement any required processes.
- Participate in cross-discipline work groups with the aim to share experience gained on the project and capitalize on the new standard PMO methods to apply them to future projects.
This role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership abilities, and meticulous attention to detail to effectively manage the delivery and improve performance within EPRE's projects.
Essential Technical Skills
- Engineering Degree
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in project management, if possible, with digital aspects.
- Participation in one or more projects in intercultural context.
Desirable Technical Skills
- Customer / Result oriented.
- Ability to propose/formalize processes.
- Ability to develop “light” tools from Excel to PBI.
- French: bonus.
