The Company: Since 2018, CERAP UK has supported the UK's nuclear renaissance in providing strong experience in the following fields:
- Project management
- Design & engineering (HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and civil work, I&C)
- Qualification test
- Radiation Protection
Main activities:
- A fantastic opportunity to join and support an international organisation, growing in the UK.
- Preparing job descriptions and person specifications and advertising roles on different job boards.
- Checking applications and short-listing candidates to be shared with the Talent Acquisition Specialist to conduct interviews.
- Supporting Talent Acquisition Specialist with some administrative tasks.
- Conducting job interviews (face to face/skype) and providing feedback.
- Managing onboarding and offboarding of new and existing employees.
- Working with the Human Resources Department on planning strategies and producing and updating HR policies and procedures.
- Creating strong relationships with a large range of partners (School, University, Job Centre).
- Undertaking appropriate security checking of all new starters.
- Having a collaborative, entrepreneurial and sociable attitude to the job.
- Administrative management of employees (leave management, hour records).
- Management of all monthly salary reporting and working with the finance department.
- Maintaining SharePoint up to date.
- Management of Visa applications and extensions.
- Keeping track of all probation and contract extensions.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Appropriate recruitment experience & understanding ideally with engineering and/or nuclear sector.
- Strong evidence of HR understanding.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Persuasive, engaging and self-motivated.
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel etc.).
