Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems and applications.

Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults., o 2-4 years of experience as Technical Support in a global company.

o Windows client installations (all versions) – a must.

o Hardware malfunctions & installations – a must.

o Software malfunctions & installations – a must.

o Printers malfunction & installations – a must

o Mobile malfunctions.

o Knowledge of network protocols: DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, etc.

o Installation & Troubleshooting 3rd -party applications.

o Basic experience with using Active Directory, SCCM, Laps, BitLocker encryption – Advantage.

o Ability to document technical details clearly and to think out of the box.

o Excellent customer service skills.

o Fast learner.

o Fluent English (reading, writing and speaking) – mandatory.

o Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
