We are recruiting experienced, dedicated and compassionate Rapid Response Care Workers to join our nurse-led team at Cera to provide care to our clients in and around the Lincolnshire area. This role is ideal for compassionate professionals with a minimum of 2 years' experience working with nurse-led clients.
As a Rapid Response Care Worker, you will deliver high-quality, person-centered care to clients with complex health needs. Shifts include a guaranteed 36-hour contract, with a rota provided at least 2 weeks in advance, covering either days or nights with alternate weekends.
We provide a comprehensive clinical training and induction programme, overseen by professional nurses, to ensure you have the skills and confidence to succeed in your role working as a Care Worker in the Specialist Team. We are looking for people who have excellent people skills, are great communicators and can work effectively in a team as well as independently.
